Great Location right beside Tennoji Train station. Good sized quiet comfortable rooms. Friendly efficient staff who speak English. It is beside two large shopping centres and plenty of convenience stores. The reception is not on ground level but is accessible via the pedestrian bridge from the train station. It is also across the road from the Abeno Haruka 300 viewing platform (ticket office on 16th floor), If you go up late in the afternoon you can see the sun set and the city lights come on.

The room is spacious compare to other business hotel in Japan. The bath room has a full size bathtub and come with all amenities - tooth brush, comb, cotton pad, shaving kit, etc. The room can fit 2 luggages and 2 carry on. The bed is comfy. The location is superb, you can just take the elevator down to the subway station. The hotel linked to Midosuji metro line, JR line and Kintetsu line. The breakfast has good variety of food from local food to western food.

Duangruthai

The hotel location is excellent to the JR Tennoji Station as well as Kintetsu lines. You can approach the hotel elevator from the underground level B2 or street level or mezzanine level. We had singles which were adequate for us. The staff is excellent if you have questions and were helpful to our needs. There is no self laundry at this hotel, but have takkyubin services to transport luggage or boxes to another hotel destination.

Excellent location - just next to metro and train stations, perfect location if you’re traveling to other places like Nara. Plenty of restaurants and mall and department store nearby. Room is not big but sufficient space for 2 persons. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Comfortable bed with soft and hard pillows to meet individual preferences. Staff are polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent! It was raining that day, but since we came from the airport, all the way to the hotel, it was all walkable undergrounds, without having to get rained on, so it was nice! Many shops around Tanoji, and the transport was easy to be used to get around Osaka. The room was small in size, but the bed was big comparing to average Japanese hotels.
